Terrific Thursday.

What a wonderful day. No one with just one head should be permitted to have had a day like this. The funny thing is that nothing particularly wonderful has happened. Its just been an accumulation of little things that has made the day good. E.g didn’t get stuck in traffic today, was given an amazing Danish with a coffee earlier, finished my first job a couple of days earlier than expected so I came home and put my feet up, I even managed to find a pair of snips I thought I had lost, anyway, decided to put the lottery on earlier, feel really confident about this weeks numbers. I think I have just spend around 2 million (in my head only….dont feel that confident to get a cheque book out).

Anyway my job today was to nip round to a ladies house and 1^st fix a kitchen, it was made really easy because the fuse box was in the kitchen pantry, and the lovely homeowner took out the kitchen to make it “easier for me”…………. a job does not get any easier than that. So, managed to get everything in and plastered up by late afternoon. Then home for a quick cuppa and nap.

I only had one evening job which was to repair a shower. That done home for a vodka, sort out a couple of estimates for rewires, yesterdays certificates then feet up and playing with the hound.

Today I rewired a house which took me a while. in that house there was a fuse box  and consumers unit, which had to be fitted, there was a few extra sockets which I had to install too. There was also a new wiring to an extension, I had to also had to wire a AEG cooker, there was also some new outside lights and a mira shower too. I was also called out.
