Tuesday.

Phew what a day! I have been mega busy. How happy am I to be at home now with a nice cold cider and a culinary delight….well perhaps not a delight. Been doing a lot of cooking lately! Wouldn’t you think that I would have developed some skills, but alas not. Decided to have a couple of boiled eggs yesterday, so there I was cooking the perfect eggs, the toast had been spread and was waiting for me to devoured it, after 3 minutes I removed the eggs from the boiling water only to remember I don’t have an egg cup. So I had to balance them on top of an empty bottle of beer. Got to give myself a D for memory recall but an A for ingenuity.

Anyway, it’s been a busy, busy day. I have been second fixing a loft conversion in a builder’s house. Its almost there now, just waiting for a chandelier and wall lights to complete it. Once again I didn’t have an evening job, but I did manage to survey a couple of smallish jobs.

Earlier today I had to pass on a job, because the kitchen fitter wanted me to start next week, pity because it would have fairly lucrative. But the good news is I have to survey a job next week, which will involve changing a few consumers unit and inspecting a very large care home. With a bit of luck I will get that work, because it may lead to lots of other works. We will need to wait and see how I get on.

Today I rewired a house which took me a while. in that house there was a fuse box  and consumers unit, which had to be fitted, there was a few extra sockets which I had to install too. There was also a new wiring to an extension, I had to also had to wire a AEG cooker, there was also some new outside lights and a mira shower too. I was also called out.
